There’s no better feeling than being outside on skis or a board, enjoying the beauty of our mountains and embracing all that winter has to offer. The landscape in the ski industry is changing, and although many people are taking advantage of incredible season pass deals, it’s become more difficult than ever for the casual skier or beginner to get outside and enjoy this sport.
We started No Boundaries several years ago with the goal of making skiing more affordable and accessible to everyone. Over the past 6 seasons, we’ve offered some incredible lift ticket deals to mountains across New England. This has allowed many of you to get outside and ski on a day that you may not have otherwise had the chance to. Since we started No Boundaries, we always thought it would be pretty cool if we could make our little side project successful enough that we could afford to rent out a mountain for a day and give everyone a free day of skiing. After 6 years, we finally pulled it off.
Over 620 people came out to Magic Mountain yesterday for the No Boundaries Free Day. We heard many amazing stories from you throughout the day. Some of you hadn’t skied in years. Some of you had never been to Magic before. Some of you tried the sport for the first time. Some of you were finally able to convince your friend to give it a try. Some of you skipped work. Some of you took the kids out of school and brought the whole family (we won’t tell). It was an amazing celebration, and we’re so thankful to everyone for being there. We hope you really enjoyed Magic Mountain and can make it back there soon. They run a fantastic operation, and we need mountains like this to thrive in New England.
As a group, all 620+ of us did some good yesterday too! We raised well over a thousand dollars for the Operation SnowSports program at YES. They are going to use that money to help get even more youth from the greater Boston area a chance to experience this wonderful sport. We couldn’t be happier to support such a great cause.
It’s been a whirlwind the past few month’s planning this event, but the No Boundaries season continues next week! We have many more months of winter ahead of us, and we hope our upcoming ticket deals will allow even more of you to get outside and ski or ride this year. We’ve got some great deals at Waterville, Cannon, Jay, Mount Snow, and Killington coming up, and we might have some more announcements coming soon too.

The Magic day was great. Its been a many years since i skied here, and i will be here more often knowing how much fun i had.

I'm happy to have attended and contributed to such a good cause., the Raffle paid off for me as well., Thanks again, and thanks to Magic Mountain for participating., The slope conditions were super considering the weather we've been experiencing prior to this event, they have done a fine job of maintaining the mountain.
